Testimonials

buyer & seller

Dino is more than a real estate agent; he is a gentle teacher and friend. My stress level was through the roof in the months after my husband died. I wanted to downsize and find something that would have less maintenance and then sell my old home. First, Dino went to work, looking and refining in the search for the perfect home for me to buy. His knowledge in the geographic area and the results of the inspection were instrumental in determining the competitive purchasing price. Dino walked me through all aspects of the building inspection to putting in the right offer for purchasing my new home. This was all foreign to me, but not anymore. He always took the time to slowly explain what I needed to do. The seller accepted my offer, and I am the proud owner of my newfound home! Dino then went to work immediately, putting my home on the market. And again, I was so happy with his knowledge to determine the listing price, not to mention the fly-over drone videos. My house never looked so good! I had multiple offers, and it sold immediately! I am thankful to Dino for everything he does for his clients. He is one in a million!

As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous going in, but Dino made the process simple and stress-free. He was patient, responsive, and always willing to explain things clearly. I couldn’t have done it without him. Highly recommend!

Jacky and Dino, what wonderful people! They help me to find my dream home, not for a year, we have known each other for years!

We had gone through a few real estate agents and weren't getting served correctly. Basically, we were being shown a home that would not pass inspections. I was about to give up when a business associate recommended that I try Dino and Jackie. After meeting Jackie for a few site visits, she introduced us to Dino, who became the contact agent. After meeting Dino, I know he would find a home for us. We closed in December 2020 and still count on my business associate's recommendation.

We couldn't have asked for better people to sell our home and find us a new one. Both of them went above and beyond to help us sell our home. The new home they found for us was beyond perfect. They were truly invested in the process, helping with everything from working with the bank to purging and moving.

Had a great experience working with both Dino and Jackie. They helped in the purchase of our first home and the purchase of our second home. They did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend them.
